All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options within Pakistan:

Standard Delivery

  • Shipping Cost: PKR 199
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days

Fast Delivery

  • Shipping Cost: PKR 249
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 Business Days

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via email, SMS, or another communication method provided during checkout.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Arvelle Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies after an order has been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped due to incorrect information.

International Shipping

At this time, Arvelle Beauty ships only within Pakistan.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
