- INGREDIENT HIGHLIGHTS:
- Formulated without: parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, and retinyl palmitate.
- HOW TO USE:
- Generously apply the liquid lipstick from the pigmented end. Let the lips dry for 1 minute. Once the lipstick is completely dry, press the lips together to reveal the spectacular glittery finish. Maximize the shine by layering on the clear lip gloss end.
